A commercial eye on your stock

YOU KNOW YOUR CUSTOMERS.
Let’s bring the same clarity to your buying.

You have built a shop with its own character. You know the products your customers love. But finding time to review stock, forecasts and incoming orders is another challenge entirely.

Trouza brings structure to those decisions. Together, we look at what is selling, where money is tied up and what needs to change before you commit to the next collection.

Explore the approach

Does this sound familiar?

THE STOCK IS THERE.
But the breathing room isn’t.

Sales are coming in, but slow sellers are holding onto money you need for the next collection. You’re managing the shop and making the buying decisions, often without time to step back.

01

“We still have last season’s stock.”

New deliveries are approaching while older products compete for cash, space and attention.

02

“Our best sizes always sell out.”

There is plenty of stock overall, but the mix doesn’t match what customers are asking for.

03

“How much can I actually buy?”

Supplier orders, recent sales and the bank balance don’t add up to a clear plan.

A few practical questions

Before we talk.

Is this right for my shop?

The reset is designed for established independent clothing retailers with sales history, their own stock and no dedicated merchandise planner. It is particularly relevant when slow stock and upcoming orders are putting pressure on buying funds.

What does the reset include?

The founding client pilot covers one retail business, one primary sales channel (shop or online), up to 200 active SKUs with size variants counted separately, and up to 12 months of sales history. It includes the diagnosis, an 8-12-week buying plan, a 30-day action tracker and two scheduled calls. We confirm eligibility, data quality and the exact scope before you commit; larger or more complex ranges need a separate scope.

When do the seven days start?

The 7 days start on the agreed kickoff date after your complete data pack has been accepted, the scope agreed and payment received. You have up to five working days after the data request to prepare your files. Incomplete data means the delivery clock has not started.

What information will you need?

Sales history, current inventory with unit costs, a product catalogue including sizes, and outstanding orders where they exist. We also need your buying budget and relevant supplier lead times, minimum orders and delivery restrictions. Excel or CSV exports are suitable. Stock history and your promotions calendar help refine the analysis. We check that the files are usable before confirming the start date.

Can we work together remotely?

Yes. We work from your data exports, with a 30-minute kickoff call and a 45-minute findings and handover call. Email is available for essential project clarifications. One round of consolidated factual corrections is included, submitted within two working days of handover.

Will you make the changes for me?

You receive the analysis, specific recommendations and a personal handover so you can make informed decisions. Placing orders, negotiating with suppliers, implementing price changes, managing advertising and working inside your retail systems are outside this pilot. Daily monitoring and ongoing forecast updates are not included.

Does this mean buying less of everything?

No. The aim is to reduce unnecessary stock while protecting products with proven demand. Recommendations account for seasonality, supplier lead times, availability and your budget.

What results can I expect by Day 7?

A clear stock diagnosis, recommendations on what to hold, reduce, defer or replenish, and a usable 8-12-week buying plan with a prioritised action tracker. We agree starting measures so you can assess progress after implementation. Cash recovery and margin changes depend on demand, supplier flexibility and the actions taken; no specific financial result is guaranteed.

What happens after the 7 days?

You keep all three files and implement the agreed actions. If ongoing help makes sense, we can discuss separate Monthly Stock & Buying Support for stock reviews, forecast updates and buying-budget tracking. There is no obligation to continue.
